No fraud is tolerated by our company. 1Win antifraud policy ensures that the gaming experience is safe, fair, and equal for all players. It does not allow exploits, manipulation, or advantage play. Our specialists constantly monitor suspicious activity and, if necessary, take measures to prevent or stop it.
Such activity is listed in the General Terms and Conditions. It includes:
- Collusion;
- Creation of multiple accounts;
- Payment fraud;
- Submission of false personal information or documents;
- Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities;
- System manipulation;
- Other unfair methods and strategies.
Consequences of Fraudulent Activities
If a player is found to be involved in fraudulent activity, 1Win antifraud policy gives us the right to take all the necessary measures to stop it and prevent the illegal activity from happening again. Such measures may include:
- Blocking the account of a player suspected of having participated in fraudulent activity. The funds available on the account will be withdrawn and access to the 1Win website and software may be prohibited;
- Suspension, cancellation, or withdrawal of bets, payments, or winnings;
- Notification of relevant state authorities.
1Win has the right to take the listed measures without any prior notification and is not liable for repayment or compensation of any funds available on blocked accounts.
Advantage Play and System Manipulation
Our policy does not allow gaining an unfair advantage over other players. Players should also be aware of the following rules regarding 1Win’s anti-fraud policy, which apply both on the website and mobile app:
- It is against 1Win antifraud policy to create more than one account. When that happens, it’s called “multi-account”, and we have the right to close them temporarily or permanently;
- It is also strictly prohibited to use stolen, cloned, or otherwise illegally obtained data of credit or debit cards to replenish the account;
- System manipulations are not allowed as well. Any exploits or manipulations of the 1Win betting system will be inevitably met with consequences in accordance with our policy. That includes the usage of betting automation software, playing on arbitrage situations, and exploiting software bugs.
Software Bugs and Fair Play Obligations
Taking advantage of software bugs and vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited by 1Win antifraud policy. If a player breaks this rule, we reserve the right to annul any bets and winnings received through the error and charge compensation for the damage caused.
If you ever find a problem that prevents the 1Win official website or app from functioning properly, as part of fair play obligations, you must contact technical support and notify them about it. Describe the bug and the circumstances under which it appears, and answer the questions technical support might have. User feedback is very important for 1Win, as it helps us improve our software and make the experience fair and equal for all players.
